How much do you charge?
Do you make house calls?
Yes, the rates are adjusted for house calls and there are additional fee's for pickup & delivery outside of our immediate vicinity.
Do you offer phone support?
I offer phone support for existing customers who have had work performed.
Can you retrieve files from a broken computer?
As long as the hard drive isn't severely damaged we can access your files 90% of the time. We are also partnered with Drive Savers Data Recovery if your data is crucial and we cannot retrieve it due to severe damage.
How long will it take to fix my pc?
This can depend on a number of different things. Normally our turnaround is 2-3 business days; however ordering parts can increase the time due to shipping.
Do I need to bring anything with my computer when i drop it off?
This depends on the type of computer. For normal desktop towers all we need is the tower itself. If it's an all-in-one or a laptop we will need you to bring the AC adapter and power cord.
Do you sell computers?
We do not sell new computers; however we do offer custom desktop builds and assistance in choosing a new retail computer. On occasion, we do offer refurbished computers.
Is there a return policy on parts?
Once the part has been ordered and installed into your computer it can no longer be returned. If you ask to return it before it's been opened/installed it can be returned for a full refund minus shipping.
